Tracks 13-16 are not mentioned on back cover, just on cd. Standard jewel case with 4-page folded insert. Misprint on inner pages of insert: Track listing of a compilation titled 'Perfect Pop Songs' (1991 BMG Ariola Benelux B.V.). This may be not true for the complete run.
