It's a repress of this very similar 1983 release  which came in a jewel case with smooth edges, and has no space between third and fourth digit of the runout.
Manufactured by  Polygram, Hanover, West Germany between 1983 and 1986, before it became PDO, Germany where this other later similar release was made.
