Red carton pack embossed with 'Metallica' and ninja-star logo (front) and inkblot artwork (back), including the single (in a cardboard sleeve), and a poster featuring Metallica and Lemmy Kilmister dressed and made up like the Motörheads. Text on carton reads "Featuring the whole MotörheadACHE mess". Tracks 2, 3, 4 & 5 recorded live direct to two-track at the Plant Studios in Sausalito on December 13, 1995 during rehearsal for Lemmy's 50th Birthday Party at the Whiskey A Go-Go, Los Angeles. Mixed by Randy Staub. These tracks originally recorded by Motörhead in 1979.
