7" was released together with an excercise book, aiming to make pupils aware of the effects of hooliganism.
The project was initiated by the "Landelijk Bureau Voorkoming Misdrijven" (National Crime Prevention Office)  and the Dutch Justice Department. The song was written by Hans Jacobs, who (besides producing records) works for the Enschede Police Force.

Track B is the playback version, played by the Rijkspolitiekapel, directed by Jan Schaap.
