Premiere 13 sept 1978, derniere 23 dec 1979, Stadsschouwburg, Haarlem Realisatie Good Boy Productions, Amsterdam Die Cut Sleeve (3 holes - spots right above, in red, white and blue) inner sleeves with red, white and blue The title of the album can be deciphered by using the key given, which is "b=a": if B has to be read as A; then F has to be read as E; P has to be read as O; etc. In other words: every letter given must be replaced with the letter that comes before it in the alphabet.
