New recordings from the radio broadcasts from the Dutch part of the BBC "Radio Oranje" during World War II (1940 - 1942). For stimulating the resistance during the German occupation. Maximum Penalty for listening: 2 years prison and a large financial penalty. The original songs were made for their cabaret show "De Watergeus" in wich Jo Paerl (father of the young Jetje) wrote new lyrics on well-known songs in Holland. Recorded in Hifi stereo in the GTB Studio, The Hague, early 1970.
