Print on disc and inserts are identical although 4-panel spreadsheets booklets are printed on different paper quality/thickness Unlike songwriters of tracks 13 (Jagger/Richards) and 15 (Reed), songwriters of track 8 - "My Death" (Brel, Blau and Shuman) are uncredited in text in booklet, what is leaving wrong impression that Bowie is composer of that track too.
