Issued in a standard jewel case with a 3-fold insert. Sponsored by Radio Noordzee Nationaal. The third page of the booklet contains a form on which you can vote for the next single from the album. On the back of the flip-tray is room for the 2nd single to be released on Nov. 9th. The back of the flip tray contains a CD size voucher to get a discount on this 2nd single from dfl. 9.95 for only dfl. 7.95. The voucher promises a special, unreleased medley and other special recordings, to be on the next single. Eventually [r=4083845 was chosen to be the next single, with 'only' one extra albumtrack, released in a card sleeve.
