Like [r=1698131 and [r=10161296, the CD artwork on this version depicts the band and title logotypes rather than the standard "green arrow" or "atomic" label designs and is printed in purple ink on a clear background. Unlike those versions, the disc is a silvered-to-center pressing that explicitly states "MADE IN USA BY PDO", the "0704" on the back cover appears in the lower right corner rather than directly underneath the barcode, and the "0704" on the back of the booklet appears in the upper left corner rather than the lower right. This edition also differs from [r=30927261 in that the hub stamp reads "MADE IN USA BY PDO" instead of "MADE IN USA".
