Because the fair only involved a promotional CD, which could be pre-ordered at the fair, but was not actually sold in stores, BZN is never praised for this fact, but the Dutch band Doe Maar with [r=3349358 is always mentioned as the first artist, with CD 4US in stores in March 1983.\n\nCD with Green Arrow Design, including BZN logo on disc.\nExtra banner with text AUDIO on front cover.\nBZN and title logo on back inlay in black (no blue\/yellow as in all other versions).\nNo barcode on the back.\nCD with wide mirror band.\n800 066-2 number in the middle of the back of the back insert, visible through the hole in the tray.\nThere a little bit more photo, bit less zoomed, as on all other versions.\nMatrix comes with no stamper letter.\n\nComes in smooth edged \"Patent Pending\" jewel case.
